Revolutionising reusable grocery packaging

11:11 supported the transformation of Dizzie – a scalable, convenient, and affordable reusable grocery packaging service for mainstream consumers.

Key objective

Bring a greener approach to grocery shopping to the UK’s doorsteps to help reduce nation’s packaging waste – every year we throw away 113 million tonnes of plastic grocery packaging, with only 14% ever being recycled.

Our steps to success

  • Helped design the world’s first bespoke, fossil fuel-free, reusable food packaging.
  • Led Dizzie’s rebrand to appeal to a female, millennial, environmentally-conscious audience.
  • Redeveloped Dizzie’s site architecture and design to…
    • Improve user navigation.
    • Provide rich product pages that would boost organic search traffic.
    • Enable a simple single-step checkout.

The outcome

1 million pieces of plastic packaging saved

87,000 nation-wide deliveries

£8.8m total revenue in 2023
